House Rules
A few simple rules so every guest has a comfortable, peaceful stay.
Arrival & departure
- Check-in from 12:00 noon until 10:00 PM. Arriving later? Please tell us in advance.
- Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is possible on request, depending on availability, and may be charged.
- Every adult guest must show a valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID) at check-in. Foreign nationals: passport and visa (we register foreign guests with the authorities as required by law).
- Only registered guests may stay overnight. Extra guests must be added to the booking (extra-bed charges apply).
During your stay
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- No smoking inside rooms. Please use the outdoor area.
- Visitors are welcome in the reception area until 9:00 PM.
- Pets are allowed only with our prior agreement.
- Please switch off heaters, lights and appliances when you leave the room.
- Damage to the property beyond normal use will be charged at repair cost.
- Please keep valuables with you or hand them to reception; we are not responsible for items left unattended.
Good to know
- The building has no lift — ask for a lower floor if you need one.
- Breakfast is served 7:30–10:30 AM in the breakfast hall.
- Free parking is available nearby; vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
- Payment at the property: cash, cards and UPI.
